The Rebekah is a newly renovated mixed-income residential tower for active seniors 62+ that includes
a total of 92 studios and 132 one-bedroom units, along with a 412-space parking garage that is shared
with its surrounding sister property, The Ladybird. In addition to the apartments, The Rebekah includes
a Reception Area for Management and Security personnel, as well as several amenity spaces, including
a breathtaking Sky Lounge, Creative Arts Room and a Community Gathering Space. In addition to these,
Rebekah residents will also enjoy the benefit of access to all amenities inside The Ladybird, and vice
versa.

All 224 units are affordable to seniors with incomes at or below 60% Area Median Income. Of

these, 137 are connected to multi-family project-based vouchers (PBV) that are regulated and funded
by Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These vouchers provide rental subsidies to
seniors with incomes at or below 30% Area Median Income. The Rebekah, which participates in the Tax Credit Affordable Housing program follow the below listed income limits. They are updated annually to reflect the AMI limits for Travis County, but the current levels are:

• 30% AMI: $28,110 for an individual; $32,130 for a couple
• 50% AMI: $46,850 for an individual; $53,550 for a couple
• 60% AMI: $56,220 for an individual; $64,260 for a couple
