Shontell is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of RBJ Senior Housing which includes the development and construction of new affordable housing units for older adults. Aly has been a core leader of the food forest since 2016, and a leader at Serafina Pantry since 2022. Aly graduated from Austin College in 2012 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and has 10 years of experience as a community organizer and program director for climate justice initiatives.
