Integral Care Mobile Clinic

The Integral Care Mobile Clinic brings behavioral health care services directly to residents in a convenient and accessible setting. We are proud to partner with Integral Care and their innovative pilot to provide behavioral health care services in a van, helping reduce barriers to care and increase access to support for older adults. Services may include mental health support, wellness check-ins, care coordination, and connections to community resources. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to meeting residents where they are and supporting whole-person wellness within the community.
