Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga by Aging is Cool offers a gentle and accessible way for older adults to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation while remaining supported by a chair. Classes include guided stretching, breathing exercises, light movement, and mindfulness techniques designed to support mobility and overall wellness. Participants of all fitness and mobility levels are welcome in this calming and supportive environment focused on healthy aging, stress reduction, and staying active.
