Join our weekly exercise class led by Certified Professional Trainer Barbara Fitzpatrick. This engaging, full-body workout is designed to support strength, mobility, and overall wellness for older adults of all fitness levels. Classes include a combination of cardio, resistance training, strength building, balance exercises, flexibility, and functional movement to help participants stay active, independent, and energized.
